- Do I need to leave my NHS GP?
- No. We work entirely alongside the NHS. You keep your NHS GP — we're an additional option for when you want to be seen sooner or need more time.
- When are you open?
- Mon–Thu 5–8pm, Friday 9am–8pm, Saturday 9am–1pm. Sunday closed.
- Is a treatment plan and referral really included?
- Yes. If medication or a specialist referral is needed, that's all arranged as part of your appointment — no extra charge, no extra visit. Any medication can be taken to any UK pharmacy and you pay only the dispensing cost there.
- Can you see my children?
- Yes. Children under 16 are seen from £49 for a 15-minute consultation. We see patients of all ages.
- Do you offer blood tests and scans?
- Yes. These are quoted separately depending on what's needed. The doctor will discuss exactly what's required and the cost during your appointment — nothing is arranged without your agreement.
